When scheduling interviews with Prelude, it's expected that:
Each interviewer receives an invite to their respective interview.
Each interview is synced to the candidate's profile in Greenhouse.
As long as the scheduler has assigned an interview kit and included a feedback form link placeholder in the body of each invite, the interviewer should receive an invite with both a "Greenhouse Magic Attendee" and a feedback form link.
However, it's possible for the interview kit and the feedback form link placeholder to be missed (especially when making edits), and for the interviewer to receive an invite without the "Greenhouse Magic Attendee" or the feedback form link.
In order for these interviews to properly sync over to Greenhouse, be sure to:
Check that your template contains a feedback form link placeholder
Apply the correct template (with the placeholder)
Select an interview kit for each interview
If you've scheduled an interview and it hasn't synced over to Greenhouse, here's how to fix it:
Find the missing interview in Prelude and click "Edit interview"
Add an interview kit if there is none
Select your template containing the feedback form link placeholder and hit "Apply Changes"
Send Updated Invites to interviewers
