Candidate Availability can now be manually entered and edited within Availability Requests!
Sometimes, candidates will relay their availability over the phone or via email, or they'll email the recruiting team with changes to their submitted availability. Now, you can add or adjust Candidate Availability within an existing Request in a few easy clicks!
How to manually enter Candidate Availability
Once the Availability Request has been created:
Click Candidate Availability on the blue progress bar
Click + Add manually to enter the candidate's available dates and times.
Click Save.
When you're ready to schedule your Loop, click the Schedule Loop button. The new candidate availability will populate in the Candidate Availability tab.
How to edit Candidate Availability
To adjust availability that has already been submitted:
Open the existing Availability Request.
Click Candidate Availability on the blue progress bar.
Click Edit availability and add/change times as needed.
Click Save.
When you're ready to schedule your Loop, click the Schedule Loop button. The new candidate availability will populate in the Candidate Availability tab.
Be aware that:
Manually adding candidate availability will cancel any upcoming Candidate Response Reminders for that particular Availability Request.
