The Conducted Report counts interviews as they pertain to the interviewer, such as how many interviews a particular interviewer has participated in during the selected date range.

The Conducted report can be found by clicking on the Reports tab, selecting Interviewers category, and choosing the Conducted report:

How interviews are counted

Bookings and Requests

For each Booking/Request interview, all interviewers that participate will be attributed a count of 1 in the Conducted report. The same interview can be represented multiple times in the Conducted report, because 1 interview can be attributed to multiple interviewers that participated.

Example:

Steph schedules an interview for Rob Iger for the Head of Diversity & Inclusion. This interview has Alex, Julia, Sofia, and Erin as interviewers. If you load a Conducted report sorted by the job title "Head of Diversity & Inclusion," all participating interviewers (Alex, Julia, Sofia, and Erin) will show a value of 1, even though it was only 1 interview.

Loops

For Loops, each individual interview within the Loop counts as a conducted interview for the participating interviewers.

Example:

Steph schedules a 3-interview loop for Rob Iger for the Head of Diversity & Inclusion.

  • Interview 1: Alex and Julia

  • Interview 2: Julia

  • Interview 3: Sofia

If you pull up a Conducted report sorted by job title "Head of Diversity & Inclusion," Alex and Sofia will show a value increase of 1, and Julia will show a value increase of 2 (since she conducts 2 of the interviews within the loop).

Debriefs

Debriefs do not count toward the Conducted report.

Date Range Filters

When filtering by date range in the Conducted report, the date range applies to when the interview is set to begin, not when it was first scheduled.

Example:

Jane schedules a Loop on January 1st, 2023. The first interview of the Loop begins on February 1st, 2023. If Jane sets the date range filter for 1/1/23 - 1/31/23, she will not see the Loop in the Conducted report because it doesn't actually take place within the selected date range.

Therefore, upcoming interviews that have not yet been completed will be counted in the report as long as the upcoming interview(s) are within the selected date range.

Report Metrics

In the “Conducted” report, you can view the total number of interviews conducted by an interviewer, as well as the total number of hours spent interviewing.

Declines

Declines are not counted in the Conducted report as of December 9, 2022.

Trainees

Trainee activity does count toward the Conducted report. This means that hours spent interviewing as a trainee will be counted to the total number of interview hours for that interviewer.
