Customers might use this report to identify interviewers who frequently decline interviews, assess interview distribution across team members, or get a sense of total time spent interviewing during a certain period, without having to toggle between the Conducted and Declines reports.

Report Metrics (as column headers)

Interviews Conducted

The below metrics count all interviews where the interviewer did not explicitly decline the invite. Accepts, Maybes, and non-responses all count toward these metrics.

  • Total: Total number of interviews conducted by the interviewer in the selected date range.

  • Required: Number of interviews conducted within the selected date range where the interviewer was marked Required on the invite.

  • Optional: Number of interviews conducted within the selected date range where the interviewer was marked Optional on the invite.

  • Trainee: Number of interviews conducted within the selected date range where the interviewer was listed as a trainee.

  • Hours Interviewed: Total hours spent interviewing during the period.

Responsiveness Metrics

Note that the date range filters for responsiveness metrics pertain to the dates of the interviews themselves, not the date of the invite response.

For Decline notice only, the data only pertains to interviews where both the interview and the decline response took place within the selected date range.

For any other responsiveness metric, responses from outside the date range will still be shown, as long as the interview itself takes place within the date range.

  • : number of interview invites accepted

  • : number of interview invites declined

  • ?: number of interview invites tentatively accepted

  • 🕜 : number of interview invites not yet responded to

  • Response Time: Average time it took for the interviewer to respond to calendar invites during the selected time frame. (Totals line shows an average across interviewers).

  • Decline Notice: Average time before the interview that the interviewer declined (for decline responses on interviews in the selected date range.)

  • Accept %: Percent of total interviews accepted.

For the Accept/Decline/Not Responded metrics, we will display the most recent interviewer response to the calendar invite. If a trainee accepts an invite and later declines it, Prelude will display that as 1 decline in the report.

Capacity Metrics

Capacity metrics provide information about each interviewer's load relative to their set daily/weekly limits.

  • Weekly load: Number of interviews conducted during the selected time period, divided by the current weekly interview limit. Shown as a percentage.

  • Average daily interviews: Average number of interviews conducted between Monday and Friday during the selected time period. [Equation: Total number of interviews conducted during the selected timeframe / Total number of weekdays that passed during the selected timeframe.]

  • Average weekly interviews: Average number of interviews conducted per week during the selected time period.

Notes on Capacity Metrics:

  • The Weekly load column is hidden if load balancing is not enabled by the company.

  • Note that “Average daily interviews” does not count Saturday or Sunday when counting how many days were in the selected time range (i.e. the denominator of the calculation).

  • The exact start and end for Saturday and Sunday are based on the time zone the user selected for the report.

  • Interviews that are conducted on Saturday/Sunday are still counted (i.e. the numerator of the calculation).

  • The weekly load percentage always uses the current weekly limit set on the interviewer profile (not the weekly limit that was set at the time of the interview.)
