You can access it from the top of the screen in the Settings, or from the chat bubble in the bottom right corner of any Prelude desktop page.
This is the best place to troubleshoot an issue, share feedback, and find out about new updates via in-app message.
Live assistance is provided on weekdays from 7am - 7pm PST. If you send us a message via chat outside of business hours, we'll be back to you as soon as we return! You'll receive an update via email if you are not in Prelude when we reply.
