If you are regularly scheduling the same panel interviews, you can save those templates in the Loop function! These templates are shared across your team and can be edited by anyone in your organization.
To start, fill out all interview details on the "Loops" tab in main navigation. Once complete, open the "Actions" drop-down menu and select "Save as new template."
You can then name it in the pop-up box and click "OK" once finished!
If you need to make changes to your template, you can select the "Actions" drop-down again. Here, you'll be able to save any template changes, rename the template, or delete the entire template.
All Loop Setup templates can be found and managed within your Settings by navigating to Settings >> Templates >> Loop Templates >> Loop Setup.
Note: All changes and edits to saved loop templates are company wide.
