This integration allows you to add Zoom to calendar invites, and even add a consistent Zoom link across a panel with multiple events.
Setting up the Zoom integration
For Zoom, you will need an admin (usually someone on IT) to generate an API key for you. Go into your settings by clicking your initials in the top right corner of the page. Open the "Integrations" on the left and click "Zoom". You can click on “Instructions” on the integrations page to see the step-by-step guide.
Adding a Zoom in Loops
Once you turn on your integration, you will be able to Add a Zoom meeting to any invite. This feature creates a unique zoom link and uses the interviewer as the “host” of the meeting. This way you don’t have to worry about double-booking meetings with the same zoom link!
You can also enable adding the same Zoom link to all invites in a Loop, but this will require a few more steps:
Confirm internally that your company has created or can create a “Zoom Rooms” for you to use.
