Prelude offers different levels of user permissions to help streamline your recruiting process. These permission tiers allow you to control who has access to certain information and features in the platform.

User Permission Levels:

  • No access - Anyone in your company that tries to login to Prelude will see an access error.

  • Interviewer - Can log into Prelude, but can only see and edit their own profile.

  • User / Coordinator - Anyone that actively uses Prelude to schedule interviews.

Whitelist Options:

Depending on your company's preferences, we have a few options to set up different access levels:

  • No whitelist - All company members (interviewers, recruiting team, etc) will have the same full Prelude access.

  • Coordinator whitelist

    • Anyone on this list will have full Prelude access.

    • Otherwise, anyone else who logs into Prelude will have interviewer access.

  • User whitelist

    • Anyone on this list will have full Prelude access.

    • Otherwise, anyone else who logs into Prelude will see an access error.

How to Set Up or Update a Whitelist:

  • If you are currently in implementation, please reach out to your Implementation Specialist to discuss your team's preferences.

  • If you are post-implementation, please reach out to your CSM to get this set up.

  • If you already have a whitelist set up and need to make updates, please reach out to the Support team by live chat or email at support@prelude.co.
