There are two different ways to create Journeys:
1) Using the "New journey" button on the "Journeys" tab. This is the simplest way to create a journey for any active application in your ATS. There can only be one Journey for a given application.
Troubleshooting: If your candidate or job is missing, you can try waiting a minute and refreshing as the data may be syncing. If that doesn’t work, please reach out to our support.
2) On the Edit Loop page (shown after scheduling a Loop). This is a shortcut, and it creates a Journey for you based on the application attached to the loop.
The candidate tab lets you specify basic information about the candidate.
All of the fields are filled in automatically, except for:
Time Zone - See more information about Journey time zones in the limitations page.
Job URL link and Contact Phone - These are currently only available as manual fields, if you'd like to use them they need to be filled in on every Journey.
The schedule tab will be automatically populated with interviews for the selected Active Step.
