FAQ

Why is an interview not showing up?

Please note: If you are using Greenhouse, Greenhouse Webhooks need to be set up for Journeys to function properly. They will help ensure that data is up-to-date as quickly as possible. This only needs to be done once per company, and all webhooks listed on the bottom of that article should be set up.

Prelude syncs data with your ATS on a regular interval. This includes information such as candidates, applications, stages, and scheduled interviews.

Try waiting a minute and refreshing the page. If you are still seeing data issues, please reach out to our support team.

What kinds of interviews can be included in Journeys pages?

Journeys sync interviews directly from the ATS. This means that any type of interview, no matter how it was scheduled (through Prelude, through the ATS, or directly on your calendar) will sync to Journeys as long as it has synced to the ATS.

Can I hide interviews or interviewers?

Currently, we hide interviews that have an interview kit name that contains the word "debrief".

Other than that, this is currently not possible. Please let your CSM know if this is something you would like to do.

Who can see Journey pages?

Journey pages are publicly accessible. Anyone with the link can access the Journey page.

Journey pages are not indexed or put on search engines, which means that no one will be able to access a Journey page unless they have the link.
