Once you create your Request, there are different actions you can take from the Actions menu:

Reschedule (only for Booking Requests)
When you need to reschedule a Booking Request, open the Actions menu and click Reschedule.
In the new pop-up window, you can include a reschedule reason (if you are tracking reschedule data) and send an optional email to the candidate. When done, click Cancel interview:
The page will refresh and you can contact the candidate to book a new time using the same link.
Cancel
When you need to cancel a Request, open the Actions menu and click Cancel.
In the new pop-up window, you can complete the action by clicking Confirm:
The page will refresh and the Request is now canceled.
Reopen
If you canceled a Request and need to restore it, open the Actions menu and click the new Reopen option:
In the new pop-up window, you can complete the action by clicking Confirm:
The page will refresh and the Request is now reopened.
Delete
When you need to permanently delete a Request, open the Actions menu and click Delete.
In the new pop-up window, you can complete the action by clicking Ok:
The page will refresh and the Request is now deleted.
