πŸŽ‰ As of March 2024, we support monthly limits. πŸŽ‰

Load Balancing Limits are a feature in Prelude that helps your interview team share the workload of hosting interviews and ensure they are not overbooked with interviews.

Once an interviewer has reached their daily, weekly, or monthly maximum limit, Prelude will flag that interviewer as unavailable and exclude them from an attribute or alternates list for that specific day, week, or month.

Defining Load Balancing Limits

  • Day - Starts at 2 AM UTC

  • Week - Starts on Sunday at 2 AM UTC

  • Month - Starts on the first day of the month at 2 AM UTC

Setting Up Load Balancing Limits

To get started, navigate to Settings > Interviewers > Interviewer Load Balancing and Enable the setting.

On this page, you can set default limits that apply to all interviewers. You can also set custom limits that apply to specific interviewers.

If you would like to edit load balancing for multiple interviewers at once (such as applying a custom limit for anyone in a specific attribute), you can edit those interviewers in bulk within the Interviewers page.

Alternatively, you can use our Bulk Upload feature to complete those changes in bulk with a CSV spreadsheet file.

After limits are set up, there are various places in Prelude to where you will be notified about an interviewer's current load balancing.

Viewing Limits in Loops

When you are on the Loops "Results" page, you will see a "i" information icon to the right of an interviewer's name.

When you hover over that icon, you will see a pop-up window that includes the interviewer's load balancing limits for that specific day, week, and month based on the generated result:
