Sometimes, things come up and you need to make changes to a Loop. Whether it's due to a change in availability or a scheduling conflict, Prelude makes it easy to reschedule the entire Loop and generate new results.
💡 If you need to make any manual changes, such as changing the interviewer or date/time, you can review this guide to edit your Loop.
To get started, open the Loop, then click the Reschedule tab:
In the Interviews step, review all previously entered content (such as interviewers and interview settings) and make any necessary changes.
Next, walk through the rest of the steps of Loop creation with generating results and creating the interviewer invites - similar to the process of creating a new Loop.
Finally, when you are ready to send the new interviewer invites, click Reschedule:
If you are tracking reschedule data, then you will see an additional pop-up requesting a reschedule reason:
Once that is processed, you will see an updated Loops page with the rescheduled interviews and the following notification at the top of the screen:
