You can locate and manage all loops templates through your settings! There are a few types of Loops templates:

  1. Loops Schedule Overview Templates > Candidate Overviews: These are the templates that will be pulled in when you select a {{Candidate schedule overview}} placeholder in your candidate invites and communications. Used to customize what information is included in the candidate's schedule.

  2. Loops Schedule Overview Templates > Interviewer Overviews: These are the templates that will be pulled in when you select a {{Schedule overview}} placeholder in your interviewer invites. Used to customize what information is included in the interviewer's schedule.

  3. Candidate Emails: Used in email communications with candidates.

  4. Candidate Invites: Used in the body of calendar invites sent to candidates.

  5. Interviewer Invites: Used in the body of calendar invites sent to interviewers.

  6. Loop Setup: Used to build the structure of your Loop. These templates will store the basic building blocks of your Loop, such as the interview kits, interviewers, duration, and interview order.

Under Settings >> Templates, you can select any of the above template types and manage or create templates. Simply select the template type from the sidebar on the left, then click "New template" to start fresh, or open an existing template to edit.

You can then include a name for your new template or edit the name of your templates by clicking on an existing loop template in the list. Don't forget to hit create!

Please note: You will need to navigate to the Loops page to view and update all details related to a specific Loop Setup template. While at the Loops page, You MUST include the "Interview Kit Link" placeholder in the template.

For more detailed instructions on creating Loop Setup templates, see this article.
