You can locate and manage all Loop templates through your settings! The different types of Loops templates are Schedule Overviews, communications, and setup templates.
To access these templates, navigate to Settings > Templates. You will see the following options in the menu:
Candidate Overviews: Used to customize what information is included in the candidate's schedule in your candidate emails & invites.
Interviewer Overviews: Used to customize what information is included in the interviewer's schedule in your interviewer invites.
Candidate Emails: Used in email communications with candidates.
Candidate Invites: Used in the body of calendar invites sent to candidates.
Interviewer Invites: Used in the body of calendar invites sent to interviewers.
Loop Setup: Used to build the structure of your Loop. These templates will store the basic building blocks of your Loop, such as the interview kits, interviewers, duration, and interview order.
When you access one of the template categories, you will see existing templates. On this page, you will have the following options:
Create a new template
Edit the template
Duplicate the template
Delete the template
