Icons specific to Loop interviews

Global

The interviewer is located in a different time zone than the time zone you are scheduling in. When you hover over the icon, you will see the converted time for that interviewer:

Graduate

Appears next to attributes that have training plans associated with them. When you click the icon, you will see the trainees:


Icons for all interviews

Information

When you hover over the icon, you will see the load balancing, time preferences, and attributes from that interviewer's profile:

Balance Scale

The interviewer will reach or have already passed their daily or weekly limit:

When you hover over the icon, you will see the flagged limit:

Please note: If you manually selected the interviewer, Prelude will not stop you from scheduling them, but will still flag them if they will reach or have already passed their limit.

Moon

The time selected is outside of the interviewer’s time preferences:

Typically appears if you drag & drop outside of the “safe zone”, or if you manually adjust the interviewer or time.

Interviewer Edit (Swap & Add)

When swapping or adding interviewers, you will see a list of interviewers with their availability and load balancing:

  • 🟢 🗓 Green Calendar: The interviewer is available for this interview.

  • 🟡 🗓 Yellow Calendar: The interviewer has a Free event on their calendar and maybe available for this interview.

  • 🔴 🗓 Red Calendar: The interviewer has a Busy event on their calendar and is unavailable for this interview.

Calendar Preview

Allows you to preview the interviews on the interviewer’s calendars:

You can drag and drop interviews in the calendar view:

  • Red Meetings: Unmovable meetings

  • White Meetings: Movable meetings

  • Gray Meetings: Regular events on interviewer’s calendars

  • Solid Gray Area: Hours outside of the interviewer’s time preferences

  • Dashed Gray Lines: Hours outside of the candidate’s submitted availability

  • Solid White Area: The “safe zone” to drag & drop interviews
