How to create a new Booking Link

Bookings are a quick and easy way for candidates to self-schedule interviews with you and your team via a scheduling link. Each link can be reused with multiple candidates. Also, candidates can only book one interview per Booking (based on email) to prevent double booking.

📝 Note: The following guide will walkthrough how to set up a regular Booking link, which does not sync with your ATS. If you want these interviews to sync with Greenhouse / Lever, see this article.

Creating a Booking

To create a new Booking, navigate to the Bookings tab and click New > Booking:

Name

Enter a name for this Booking link, then click Next:

Interview

On this page, you can adjust the following options:

  1. Add Interviewers - You can choose your interviewers by selecting specific interviewers and by using Attributes, alternate interviewers, or multiple interviewers.

  2. Add Rooms - Optional: You can add Rooms to this interview.

  3. Duration - Choose the length of the interview.

Interviewer Availability

On this page, you can adjust options for the link availability, including date window and time zone preferences:

Candidate Experience

On this page, you can adjust these options for the candidate-facing booking page:

Calendar Invites

On this page, you can add interviewer and candidate calendar invites. You can create these from scratch or apply Request Invites Templates:

Email Confirmations

On this page, you can add email confirmations. You can create emails from scratch or apply Request Emails Templates:

A default email confirmation will automatically be added. However, you can edit it (with the pencil icon) or remove it (with the X icon).

Rescheduling

On this page, you can adjust reschedule settings:

By turning on the “Show a rescheduling option on the booking page” option, candidates can reuse their original booking link to reschedule their interview.

Otherwise, when turned off, they will need to reach out to you for the rescheduling link (a unique link found under the Responses tab).

Publish the Booking

When you are done, click Create Booking. After the Booking is created, you will see the following notification at the top of the new screen:
